2011 State Approval Project

This site is now open for the 2011 Approval Process. Thank you for your diligence and patient work in verifying approval status for the ministers, churches and freestanding organizations in your state or regional assembly.

LOG IN STEPS:

1. Check the agreement box,
2. Select your state/regional assembly
3. Enter your State ID # and password
4. Click on submit (If this is not highlighted, be sure there is a ? by the “I agree” box.)

There are three tables on your state page:

LIST STATUS: You complete your work online using the lists in this table.

1. Select a list
2. Click on Beginning if just starting or Last Saved Page
3. Choose the appropriate status
4. Click on More info/ info override to view more information
5. You must include a date for deceased ministers or closed churches.
6. SAVE each page before going on
7. When finished, close window
8. Do not fill in your name, phone and email until all work is complete as you will be locked out from making any further changes. It’s best to wait until close to the deadlines.

REPORTS MANAGER: These are reports you may use to view lists and print for your use. You may not make approval selections from this table.

FORMS: You can access all of the revised forms used to report credentialing actions to the national office. You may copy and save the forms to your computer or you may fill in the pertinent information and email it. You may also print the forms if that is easier for you.

DEADLINES:                 1st Phase—July 16, 2010
                                  Final Phase—Sept. 30, 2010

• After you have completed your work and are certain there are no more changes,
• please sign off by filling in your name, phone and email. Then click on [continue].
• You will be locked out for any further changes.
• Any changes that have been processed (transfers, credentialing status, etc) since the site goes live in June will be reflected during that second round of approvals.

IMPORTANT: If your state is not prepared to change the approval status on your ministers, churches, and freestanding organizations due to your committee meeting after the first phase deadline of July 16, 2010, you will notice their status will remain "Select Approval Status". You will then have until September 30, 2010 to change any status to "Approved", "Provisional", or "Not Approved - Official Notification".
