2010 Annual Registration — Online Assistance

While our web access for Web services for 2010 Annual Registration ended on September 30, 2009; if you have NOT yet registered your Church or Minister; it may not be too late.

While we can not guarantee the presence of a minister in our 2010 yearbook publication your minister registration does assure you, upon state approval, the receipt of your minister’s card for the year 2010. Note: Minister’s cards are usually mailed in January.

And, Church of God congregations, upon state approval, the following may apply:

U.S. TAX STATUS: To be covered under the group charitable exemption [501(c)(3) status] of the General Assembly of the Church of God, churches must register annually with Church of God Ministries, have an Employer Identification Number (EIN), and be approved annually by the state office and/or assembly. If you have any questions about this, contact Legal Services, within Church of God Ministries, at 800-848-2464, ext 2181.

I. Complete the appropriate form(s), provide credit card information for payment, and email us the completed form to: dataservices@chog.org.
II. Fax the completed form(s), with credit card information, to: 765-642-5652.
